that all the time.

avoid processed carbohydrates such as white pasta, white rice and white
bread.
These foods are the easiest of all foods to be broken down
and digested. This is because they have had all the good nutrition
removed from them during processing. When you eat these foods you also
put your body into fat storage mode. Due to hormone release (insulin).
