The worst is, not any sugar but the corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup. If you have the same problem you are addicted and you need to treat it as such. You need to lose weight and find another way to replace your sugar addiction. Instead of sugar-loaded food, you can replace it with natural sugars by eating fresh fruit and dried fruit.

You do need to exercise because exercise helps you speed up your metabolism. But never, never, never cut the food intake down to the point where you are starving. Most people make this mistake and you should not. When you are hungry you slow down your metabolism. The secret of losing weight is that you don't want to slow down your metabolism, you want to increase it!

To make sure, you don't over eat, take a small plate, and separate the food nicely. Never, ever eat in front of the TV or while eating.
